Yoga Flow w/ Nicole Bianchi
Yoga Flow is an individualized approach to yoga. By focusing on your unique physical and mental make-up, I will help you to discover your yoga. Classes focus on individual poses, as you learn which modifications are right for you. Building on these poses, we move into a flow yoga sequence, taking time afterward to address any questions you might have.
Yoga Flow is based on the ISTHA system of yaga. Ishata means individual in SAnskrit and is also an acronym for the integrated science of Hatha- the physical practice of yoga; Tantra- the yogic philosophy that acknowledges our inherent perfection; and Ayurveda-the indian science of healing. ISTHA is a style of yoga that fits your individual needs and empowers you to discover more about your true self. The ISTHA system is a style of yoga that is dynamic, approachable, and safe for all ages and abilities. There is no strict philosophy in ISTHA yoga, yet development of the self and consistent practice are an integral part of the system.
