Breath Classes 

Optimize your breath with innovative, fresh techniques. Emphasis on natural breath and opening with ease. Energizing, opening, soothing and relaxing, the Breath can do it all. Taught by MIriam Trahan, First Level Breath Master in the PranaVayu (Breath of LIfe) tradition. Bring a yoga mat or small blanket and wear stretchy comfy clothes. Some stretching/easy yoga, breath exercises and meditation. Class 1 1/2 hours.
